You can request deletion of your account and data at any time, whether or not you're signed in.

What happens when you request deletion

We process deletion requests within 30 days and email you to confirm once it's done. This can't be undone once processed.

Your account (name, phone, email, saved preferences) and booking history are deleted.
Some transaction and booking records must be kept longer for tax and anti-money-laundering law (typically 7 years) — see our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.
You'll get an email confirming the request, and another when it's completed.
